ViandPro Warranty Terms and Conditions

ViandPro warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year following the date of shipment. ViandPro will repair or replace, free of charge, any product of its manufacture which, at the time it is examined by an authorised engineer/returned to the supplier or ViandPro, is found to have been defective during the warranty period. Warranty provision will be free of charge and we will decide whether this will take the form of a repair or the replacement of the appliance. Please note that replaced parts pass into our ownership. This warranty does not cover damage or liability for misuse, abuse, commercial usage or the improper application or installation of the product.

This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties whether express or implied (including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), and whether arising under course of performance, course of dealing or trade usage.

Warranties must be registered within 31 days of purchase for products which have lengths in excess of 12 months. The warranty covers the original purchaser only in lieu of a completed registration form. The warranty is non transferrable.

A purchase receipt must be presented in each case showing the date of purchase or the delivery date, the latest date elicits the start of the warranty period.

It is required that Engineers and Service Partners are given reasonable access when attending to the appliance. In the event of 3rd party collection, reasonable collection opportunities are provided.

The warranty period for spare parts fitted ends with the expiry of the warranty on the appliance as a whole.

The warranty will not extend to fragile items such as glass or cosmetic parts or consumable items such as light-bulbs, remote controls, pan supports or burner caps.

Warranty liability will not be triggered by minor variances from nominal features which are of no significance to the appliance's value or fitness for purpose, or damage caused by the chemical or electrochemical effects of water and generally by exceptional environmental conditions, inappropriate operating conditions, or the appliance having come into contact with unsuitable materials, either accidently or by improper cleaning methods.
